The one or two ton anchors are vary secure and are vary hard to move but on a rocky bottom they do slip if its very

rough, But if they move an inch the good thing is, that its just as hard to move the next inch. On sand or mud

they don't move at all, they sink in.

Our Staff

 Founded in 1974, Proteus Co. was the result of trying to maintain a small marina in Old Mission Harbor. It was in operation from 1945 to 2000, some of my anchor still persist there.
